Old Ordnance Survey Maps of Bury and Rochdale
Cotton mills are an obvious interest in these maps, but they are also packed with other industries, such as the paper industry at Heap Bridge, and
with the Co-op pioneers at Rochdale; tramways, railways and canals are here to fascinate
transport historians, both towns have sporting interests, and there is much more. Further maps will be added to the group in due course. All maps are available through
