    This detailed map covers the busy Cheetham, Higher Broughton and High Town area north of Manchester. Coverage stretches from Broughton Lane and Derby Street northward to Tetlow Lane and Heath Street, and from the River Irwell eastward to Cheetham Hill. Features include Albert Park, Cromwell Bridge, Broughton Town Hall, tramways, Kersal Dale, St John's church, Mandley Park, Fairy Lane Brickworks, St James church, St Alban's church, Cheetham Park, St John's church, Broughton Street Brickworks, garment waterproofing works, many small works units ( hide curing, pharmacy works, printing works etc etc) among the terraced streets. Bury New Road and Waterloo Road run through the map. On the reverse we include a selection of street directory entries, incl Bignor Street, Gt Cheetham Street West, Halliwell Lane, Mulgrave Street

    The map links up with sheets 96.14 Broughton Park to the north, 104.01 Pendleton North to the west, 104.03 Harpurhey to the east and 104.06 Manchester NW to the south.
