    This detailed map covers the southern area of Chorlton cum Hardy, a semi-rural area that includes Hardy House Farm, golf courses, Brook Farm, Withington Sewage Works and a few streets around Claude Road. Coverage also extends across the River Mersey to show part of Sale in Cheshire, including Old Hall, Sale Lodge, Sale Priory, Sale Ees, Wallbank Farm and (SW corner of map) Broad Road and Clarendon Crescent. On the reverse we include street directory entries for Broad Road, Claude Road, Old Hall Road.

    The map links up with sheets 111.01 Chorlton cum Hardy to the north, 110.08 Ashton on Mersey to the west and 111.06 Barlow Moor to the east. It also links up partly with the Cheshire map of Sale to the south.
