Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from abroad, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post.. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail, or order by cheque.
Shipping And Handling
Within the UK there is a standard post and packing charge of 75p per total order. Orders are sent 1st class mail.
Overseas rates are as follows:
Europe: add 10%. North America: add 20%. Rest of the World: add 25%. Orders will be sent airmail. We do not intend to make a profit on postage charges, and on larger orders are sometimes able to charge less than these amounts. There is a Ready Reckoner on our website. Please note there is a minimum overseas charge of £3.50 (incl postage).
Delivery Schedule
Maps are normally sent out 1st class post (or airmail) as soon as we receive your order, typically the same or following working day (ie Monday to Friday). Orders received by 4pm are normally sent in that day's post.
Back Orders
Inevitably maps do go out of print from time to time, although any maps permanently out of print should be mentioned as such on our website. If a map is currently being reprinted we will send it out as soon as received, and will not charge the credit card until then. If there is likely to be a delay we will inform you, and will not charge your credit card.
Tax Charges
Our maps are zero-rated for VAT purposes.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted through a secure server. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
If your map arrives in a damaged condition we will happily replace it. Simply phone us on 01207 583388 and tell us of the problem. Please note, however, that we are not normally willing to exchange it for a different map.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of your map being found to be faulty or damaged in the post we will happily replace it. In this event, or in the case of any other such query, phone us on 01207 583388 (Monday to Friday). Please note, however, that we are not normally able to exchange it for a different map.
Under the Government's Distance Selling Regulations the customer has a right to cancel the contract and return goods within 7 working days, provided the customer advises us in writing (by post or email), and returns the goods unused, properly packed and at their own expense.
