This detailed map is double-sided for maximum coverage and includes part of sheet 3.15 extending coverage to the north.

Part of the map is covered by Stone Marshes but there is much of interest and much of the area has since been built on. Features include the North Kent Line plus the railway towards the power station, Stone Works, chalk pits and tramways, Whiting Works, Cotton Farm, St Vincent's Industrial School, Joyce Green Cemetery, part of Joyce Green Hospital, Long Reach Hospital, hospital tramway, West Kent Sewage Works, sewage works tramway, etc. Some early work towards the Dartford Tunnel is also shown.

The map links up with sheet 09.02 Dartford North to the west, 9.04 Greenhithe to the east, 9.07 Dartford East to the south.
