Ten new maps for Exeter & District to be published in 2026
We plan to issue ten new maps for the Exeter area during 2026, with the first titles due on 2nd January. We will be extending coverage of Exeter itself and
also exploring other towns in the area bordered by Teignmouth to the south. Publication of the ten maps will be completed by June 2026.
These will be ten maps of great contrast, as we improve coverage of the great cathedral city of Exeter, while also
including seaside resorts such as Dawlish and Budleigh Salterton. The maps will include railways, asylums, workhouses, the Exeter Canal, docks, ferry crossings and all the other manifold features
that make these OS maps so fascinating, and with specially written introductions to help us explore them. The lead author will be Richard Oliver.
Subscriptions give an excellent discount, and also support us in our mission to cover as many towns and villages as possible. Each map will include
a specially written introduction. Maps are normally sent to subscribers, postage free, about 10 days before publication. A subscription costs just
£ 33.00 for the ten new maps, postage free, a substantial saving on the normal price.
Note that this subscription is essentially for the new maps, not those already available. For those maps for the area already published, visit the
relevant Devon page. This special offer is for UK customers only. We hope you will join us in subscribing to our new Exeter
maps and supporting this continuing project. Quite simply, the more maps we sell, and the more subscribers we have, the more we can publish!
A Cambridgeshire subscription costs just £ 33.00 for the next 10 maps. This subscription offer ends at midday on Friday 19th December.
Subscriptions can be placed through our On-line Mapshop or by contacting our office in the usual way.
