Ten new maps for Cumbria to be published in 2022

  • We plan to issue ten new maps for Cumberland and Westmorland in 2022. The first titles are expected to be published in February 2022 and the rest will be published by the end of the year. The group will begin with two new maps for Maryport but around half the maps will be for towns not previously covered in the Godfrey Edition. Many will be for areas with industry and transport interest.
  • Subscriptions give an excellent discount, and also support us in our mission to cover as many towns and villages as possible. Each map includes a specially written introduction. Maps are normally sent to subscribers, postage free, a few days before publication. A subscription costs just £ 25 for the ten new maps, a substantial saving on the normal price.
  • Note that this subscription is essentially for the new maps, not those already available. Although details of the group are yet to be finalised, the ten will all be in either Cumberland or Westmorland.

    The first map in this subscription is due in February 2022. Although no firm timetable can be given, we intend to publish all ten maps well before the end of 2022.
