OLD ORDNANCE SURVEY MAPS: THE GODFREY EDITION
December Newsletter
A Very Happy New Year to you all!
During 2011 we published 106 maps, a slight increase on last year. The major developments have been the publication of several colour editions, something which we will build on next year, and the coverage of England & Wales at the Inch to the Mile scale.
As usual, we have concentrated on certain areas, and so Lancashire, Staffordshire and Yorkshire have done better than London, Scotland or Wales.
Anyway, I think we managed to bring out a reasonable range of titles during the year, comprising:
Berkshire: 2
Cheshire: 2
Cornwall: 1
Derbyshire: 3
Devon: 5
Glamorgan: 4
Gloucestershire: 1
Herefordshire: 1
Isle of Wight: 1
Lanarkshire: 3
Lancashire: 14
London & Middlesex: 9
Nottinghamshire: 3
Offaly: 2
Somerset: 1
Staffordshire: 11
Surrey: 2
Warwickshire: 1
Yorkshire: 13
Inch to the Mile Maps: 15
Ireland Inch to Mile: 7
Germany: 5
Hopefully there was something there for everyone!
