    This detailed map covers the Thatto Heath area, SW of St Helens.

    A major feature is the County Lunatic Asylum, both the Rainhill Main Building and the Rainhill Annexe. Other features include the LNWR Huyton & St Helens railway with Thatto Heath station, Brown Edge, tramways, Sutton Heath, Lea Green Colliery (in SE corner of map), Sutton Heath Collieries, Portico, Asylum Farm Annexe, Nutgrove Colliery Pumping Station, etc. We include an 1897 railway timetable for the Wigan-Liverpool line.

    The map links up with Lancashire Sheets 107.04 St Helens SW to the north and Prescot to the west.
