    This detailed map covers an area just west of Bolton and immediately south of St Mary Deane church. It includes areas of Rumworth, Daubhill and Deane, and outlying areas of Westhoughton.

    Features include LNWR Bolton & Kenyon line with Rumworth & Daubhill station, Hulton Lane Steel Works, Bolton Borough Fever Hospital, Rumworth Hospital, Hulton Brick Works, Hunger Hill, part of Arley Pit No.2, Rumworth Lodge Reservoir, Victoria Colliery, Fernhill Gate, Deane Mill, Dove Mill, tramway with depot, part of Daubhill Brick Works, Mount St Joseph Convent, Kings Head Hotel, Closes Farm, etc. Extracts from a 1918 street directory are included on the reverse together with an introduction to the history of the area.
