    This detailed map covers most of Sandown, from Christ Church and the Barracks northward to Sandown Farm.

    Features include railway with station, Christ Church, St John's church, chapels, pier, most of Barracks, town centre with individual buildings neatly shown, brick works, Town Hall, hotels etc. Note that the fort is left blank for security reasons, though many War Department boundary stones are marked. On the reverse we include an 1899 commercial directory of the town.
